the back yard shed's door is closed but the padlock is off.  you run to the back shed, picking up a huge red gas jug and a long stick type lighter.  you take the tip off the cap and go to pour.  nothing.  you unscrew the plastic base and take the whole nozzle off to pour a ring of gasoline around the house and its vinyl sided outside walls.
